FAQ

What is the Girl Scout Gold Award project?

The Gold Award is the highest award a Girl Scout can earn. To achieve this, Senior and/or Ambassador girl scouts must create a sustainable, Take Action project that drives lasting change in their communities and beyond. Each year 10 gold award girl scouts from across the world are selected as National Gold Award Girl Scouts if their project addresses a local problem or challenge found on a potentially national or global level. Do you only serve Scioto County?

No, we aim to serve the entirety of Ohio with specific emphasis on impoverished or rural areas with a large volume of unvaccinated or non-neutered dogs. As of right now, we are only holding clinics for Scioto County, but hope to branch out soon.

Dogs. We would love to accomidate more pets, but as of right now we are only accepting applications from eligable residents for dogs only.
